Malibu Healer

Malibu Healing Foundation was created to promote alternative healing, and community through alternative healing, by educating people through public events. Participation in MHF events is open to all, estimated value donations may be asked for, depending on the event, but no one will be turned away. Malibu Healing Foundation is a 501[c](3) non-profit program, all donations are tax deductible. Please contact us if you would like to be involved in any MHF Project.

Project: Sacred Sounds focuses on introducing sacred instruments such as the didgeridoo, drum and tibetan bowl, to people of all ages through workshops. These workshops will be educational, uplifting and demonstrate the positive use of sacred instruments. In some workshops participants will come away with their own sacred instrument to keep. MHF also plans to take workshops to after school programs and programs for at risk, or disadvantaged youth.

Project: Healing Day focuses on introducing alternative healing modalities to participants in a spa-like setting. Participants can sample among a variety of modalities, like reiki, massage and sound therapy. They can take a yoga class, learn to play the didgeridoo, listen to a lecture or watch a film. Nutritional food will also be a part of the program.

Project: Weekly Worship is imagined as an alternative to going to church. Weekly Worship will include and honor all beliefs and never focus on one. The main outline will be 1.Introduction. 2. Lesson 3. Sharing 4. Healing 5. Music 6. Eating - and they may well overlap. MHF will seek, and is seeking, dynamic guests from all beliefs to host or teach a lesson. Attendees are encouraged to participate fully.

Project: Healing Clinic will be one day set aside weekly or monthly for people to make appointments for Healing Work on a first come, first served basis. Modalities will include, but not be limited to, energy and body work, sound therapy, aromatherapy and smudging. Appointments are free, donations always appreciated and deductable. Appointments are one hour, but may be less. We may have more than one healer available, there may be both tables and chairs. We expect this clinic to grow organically. We encourage healers to come and share.

Project: Healing Hike will be 2-3 hour sacred journeys. For individuals or groups, sacred spots in and around Malibu are included, as well as various healing ceremonies as necessary. Hikes will be tailored to the participant's needs.
